Times are changing at Geest Line's UK port of call, Portsmouth, where the terminal handling the line's ships has been acquired by the local authority.

The facility includes terminal operator, MMD Shipping, and improvements have already been evident with better performance on the terminal and commitments to investment in new infrastructure. Geest Line expects further improvements in the efficiency of port operations to shine through as the new arrangements bed down.
